Welcome back to Term 2! Wow, what a busy first week. Here is a quick run down of what has been going on in Room 14. We have continued our preparations for the NAPLAN tests in week 4 by writing more narratives and learning about 3D shapes and their nets. On Thursday afternoon, we had Jarron from Tennis West to take the class in a tennis skills workshop. On Friday the School had it's ANZAC ceremony, which was followed up with some great discussions about the ANZAC spirit and the class all made ANZAC cookies, helped out by Mrs Wright. In your microsoft word document do the following steps to cherck your word count form your narrative.
1. Hold down 'Control(Ctrl) and press the 'a' key to highlight all text. 2. Click on the 'Review' tab and click on word count. 3. Paste your name and your word count that you got to after 35 minutes of the lesson. |
